What does onboarding look like?
After signing, we provision your account and SSO connection within one business day. Your account manager leads a kickoff call to configure your org and walk through the data.
Can we pay by purchase order or invoice?
Yes. All plans support ACH, wire transfer, and check in addition to credit card. Net-30 invoicing available on all tiers.
What SSO providers are supported?
We support SAML 2.0 and OIDC — compatible with Okta, Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, Ping Identity, and any standards-compliant IdP.
Is the data shareable internally?
Yes. Named users on your contract can access and share reports internally. Redistribution or resale to third parties requires the Enterprise data licensing agreement.
What happens at renewal?
Contracts auto-renew annually. Your account manager will reach out 60 days before renewal for any adjustments.
